These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the IQ ONE platform, the creditinterlink.com website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Credit Interlink, Inc. (“Credit Interlink”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
Access to the platform is provided to authorized customers and users under a separate written agreement. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable lending, credit reporting, and privacy regulations, and in accordance with any access controls we provide.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.
Customer data and privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy policy. Data processed through the platform on behalf of customers is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the IQ ONE and Credit Interlink names, logos, and platform software, are owned by Credit Interlink and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a customer agreement.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Interlink disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Interlink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
